Established since 1988, Chao Chuan Metal is a mid-sized manufacturer of powdered metal parts for products of a wide range.With modern equipment, advanced operations and extensive engineering knowledge, we manufacture various parts for appliances, autos, motorcycles, pneumatic and electric tools, hardware, etc.
Metals used for our products include iron, steel, alloy, copper, bronze, stainless steel supplied by world-class powder suppliers. Secondary operations include: Oil and resin impregnation, copper infiltration, heat treating, steam oxidation, machining, plating, etc. Forging is also available to meet higher requirements than normal powder metal process can yield.
